Naval facilities engineering command (navfac) atlantic intends to sole source a contract for the commercial purchase of for annual software renewal maintenance and licenses for four (4) watergems and four (4) sewergems from bentley systems, inc. The contract term will be for one year. Only one responsible source is able to provide the type of service that will satisfy the agency requirements. This sole source acquisition meets the conditions of far 13.106-1(b)(1) and is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements should contact linda stein at [email protected]. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement and will be at the sole discretion of the contracting officer.
