Tender are invited for Work shall includes demolition work, modifications to existing pump and filter building, installation of pre-engineered pump and filter building expansion, furnishing heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment, electrical equipment including, luminaires, luminaire poles/accessories, wiring, panels, motor control center, variable frequency drives, motor starters, control panels, junction boxes, automatic transfer switch, lighting panels, lighting transformers, all associated electrical equipment and conduit; furnishing and installation of new pumps and motors for Well 7 and Well 9, radium removal system, pressure filtration system, Ultraviolet advance oxidation system, granular activated carbon system, chemical feed system and containment for sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide, and sodium hydroxide, control panels, supervisory control and data acquisition system, process instrumentation, process piping, and process valves; furnish and install backwash recycle tanks, backwash supply tanks, associated foundations and pumps; furnish and install yard piping, valves, and fittings, detention main, sanitary piping, and potable water piping; site clearing, site demolition, site work including storm sewer piping, inlets, sanitary piping, paving, curbs, sidewalks, fencing, soil erosion and sediment control, modifications to existing plant entrance driveway and adjacent park roadway, trench construction and backfilling and pavement repair; backup generator; and all associated work.
Notes : A workshop will be held by the Public Agency Compliance Officer (PACO) on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 10 : 00 A.M. in the Council Chambers of Town Hall to assist Enterprises owned and controlled by Small Business Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Individuals in the preparation of any Bid or RFP, and by answering any question or concern that may arise and as a tool for Prime Contractors and potential Subcontractors to meet the stated SED goals.
