1. Participating bidders on items with more than 50, 000 must submit its PhilGEPS Registration.
2. Deliver Brand new items
3. Bed price must be fixed/ Final & preferably not cash on delivery
4. Deliver at San Jorge Experiment Station
5. Must have 15 days to complete delivery after receipt of PO; otherwise a deduction of 1/10 of 1% per day of delay shall be imposed.
6. "Delivered items is subject to inspection, evaluation of testing if applicable corresponding to
the required specification"
7. "Delayed delivery of items will be subjected to liquidation damages price per day of delay of
undelivered items portion."
8. Supplier shall to required to indicate the date of receipt of PO.
9. "Processing of payment shall commence after inspection, acceptance and receipt of items by
the end user."
10. Payment shall be made thru ADA(Advice Debut Account) as such, supplier shall submit snapshot of its bank account (Preferably LBP or Commercial Bank) to effect payment.
