The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) requires the services of MTA Bridges and Tolls for daily operations for Official Government Vehicles. The DEA intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source Purchase Order to the City of New York, 2 Broadway, 23rd Floor, New York, NY 10004-2207 for the purposes of providing New York/EZ Pass/Bridges and Tolls. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis in accordance with 13.501 are exempt from the requirement to promote full and open competition. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 488490.
