Tender Details

Tender are invited for Construction of a Cell Tower Utility building approx 60- x 24- in size with concrete foundations, Masonry walls, wood framed gable roof, with metal roofing, all electrical, lighting and other miscellaneous equipment. Also includes the construction of the cell tower foundation adjacent to the Utility Building. This bid package shall include a bid alternate to erect the cell tower itself, which will be designed, fabricated and delivered to site by others as an OFCI item.
Notes : Pre-bid conference was on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at 3:30 p.m. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
