The competition is carried out as a non-open project competition above the EWRA/WTO threshold values with upstream application process. As part of this procedure, 10 participants are determined from the applications received by a lot procedure. In addition, 10 participants were in theArrived directly by the competition organizer. A realized reference project must be submitted for the application that corresponds to at least category IV according to SIA 102, Art. 7.6. The creation costs must be at least CHF 3.0 million. The
new building "Live in the Egerta" in Schaan(Li) should consist of 6-8 inexpensive residential units for families. Which are submitted in building law. The pricing meeting is scheduled for November 2025. The commissioning of the building is planned for early 2028.The business seat must include all states of the European Economic Area and the States of the WTO that have signed the Convention on Public Procurement (GPA). Natural and legal persons with business in the registration area are eligible to participate. TheApplicants (including the subcontractor) must be authorized to carry out the advertised service.
