NAV tire refitting, storage Bp. 2026 Seasonal tire fitting, storage and safety assessment of NAV's official vehicles. In Act I of 1988 on road transport, Act 5/1990 on the technical inspection of road vehicles. (IV.12.) KöHÉM decree, 6/1990 on the technical conditions for putting road vehicles into circulation and keeping them in circulation. (IV. 12.) in the KöHÉM decree, as well as 1/1975 on the rules of road traffic.
