Dear Madam / Dear Sir, We kindly ask you to submit your technical and financial offer to us as a consultancy mission: National Expert for Support to Policy and the Development of Conceptual Ideas (Coastal Areas and Infrastructure), as described in detail in the terms of reference. You will find attachedhe following documents: Annex 1 - Terms of reference; Annex 2- Confirmation of Interest and Financial Offer; Annex 2a - P11 Personal Notice; Annex 3 - Individual Provider and General Conditions; Annex 4 - Evaluation criteria. Your proposal must include: The signed confirmation of interest as well as the financial offer; CV and / or Personal Notice; A briefdescription of the reason why the person considers himself best suited to lead the mission, as well as a proposal for a work plan and methodology on how he will approach and complete the task; At least three (3) references Professional; Copy of diplomas .. When preparing your proposal, please use the appendicesattached to this publication.Any request for clarification must be sent by email to procurement.ht@undp.org no later than 27/01/2020.
