Region: Hawke's Bay Overview: Napier City Council is undertaking the installation of a new 100mm (125mm OD) watermain on Barker Road and requires the aid of a sub-contractor to install a new 100mm (125mm OD) watermain pipe using trenchless construction methods while minimising disruption to the surrounding area. In summary, the scope of work includes: Potholing Excavation of launch and receiving pits. Supply all drilling plant and equipment. Pipe welding. Complete horizontal directional drilling (HDD) along the nominated alignment. Install the supplied watermain pipe within the drilled bore.
