The supplier register will be established for the period 1 October 2026 - 30 September 2030, after which the agreement can be extended by the Customer's decision for one (1) two (2) year option period (October 1, 2030 - September 30, 2032). According to the Act on the Organization of Labor Services (380/2023), with change security training, support for one's work with production or financial rapid re-employment of persons over 55 who have been dismissed on the basis of improving their professional skills or entrepreneurial skills. The target group of the 55+ change security training is those in the organization of labor services persons who meet the criteria defined in the law (chapter 8 § 69). The aim of the training is to promote the employment of the dismissed person in such a way that he could move from job to job or from job to entrepreneurial activity, as far as possible, or that the period of unemployment of the dismissed person would be as short as possible.
