Multi-factor authentication The purpose of public procurement The purpose of this public order is that by acquiring and implementing a system for multi-factor authentication of users (hereinafter referred to as "MFA" or "MFA System") and subsequent support for the operation of the MFA System by the supplier, the identity of the contracting authority's users is verified when logging in to user accounts, systems or applications for the entire duration of the contract concluded on the basis of this public contract in full compliance with the relevant legal regulations. The subject of public procurement The subject of performance public contract is the delivery of the MFA System and the subsequent provision of support for the MFA System by the supplier. The subject of performance includes in particular: • Delivery of goods with standard software and the necessary licenses for its use, if the software is part of the given goods (hereinafter referred to as "Goods"), namely: QSCD hybrid chip cards, RFID chip cards, RFID chip card reader, QSCD hybrid chip card reader, printer module (MATICA XID8600) for writing certificates and laminating module for cards; • Execution of the work, which includes: elaboration implementation analyses, delivery of "packaged", i.e. ready-made and commercially available software for managing smart cards and certificates, delivery of "packaged", i.e. ready-made and commercially available software for administrative management and registration of certificates, provision „balíkového“, tj. hotového a komerčně dostupného software umožňující autentizaci pomocí mobilního telefonu a provedení implementace výše uvedených SW aplikací do IS VZP ČR vč. necessary configuration, custom...
