Special Notice DESCRIPTION THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Spokane VA Medical Center intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one source to: ETS-LINDGREN INC 1301 ARROW POINT DR Cedar Park, Texas 78613 The objective of this sole source award is to service (Repair and Replace) an existing ETS-Lindgren RF shielded MRI Door. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 334510; the large business size standard is 750 Employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All information received by 8AM PST on August 11th, 2023 may be considered by the Government. Responses shall be submitted to Kevin Brown, Contract Specialist at [email protected]. The email subject line shall state, Intent to Sole Source Spokane MRI Door Repair . The Government will not pay for information submitted.
