1. The subject of the order includes the execution of construction works consisting in the modernization of the building of the Volunteer Fire Department in Pakocia, located at ul. Szkolna 2, plot no. 193/4 in Pakocia. The order includes construction and installation works and accompanying projects in accordance with the documentation. The task includes, among others: - renovation of the roof by replacing the board girders with prefabricated girders along with replacing the roof covering, replacing suspended ceilings, insulating the flat roof, roof hatch and hatch ladder; - construction of a new ceiling over the top floor of the tower; - installation of a new antenna, lattice and aluminum mast on the new tower ceiling; - installation of communication and alarm signaling devices on the mast; - insulation of the tower in places under-insulated, uniform color of the façade along the entire height; - re-building of chimneys above the roof covering, making chimney caps; - making new roof flashings, new gutters and downpipes; - replacing and supplementing the installations lightning protection; - construction of a driveway for people with limited mobility; - disassembly and reassembly of lighting fixtures...
