1) The subject of the order is: Construction works consisting in the modernization of a community center in Gocy. The scope of modernization works includes, among others: a. Insulation of foundations, layers in order: EPS polystyrene - thickness. 12 cm, mesh + glue, resin plaster. b. Modernization of external walls /facades/: mechanical cleaning using steel brushes, fungicide treatment of walls with a biobicide, manual impregnation with a biobicide, oiling the walls with a fire-retardant and water-repellent agent, c. Modernization of walls and ceilings inside the building: as above Fumigation /ozonation/ of a biologically contaminated object.e. Separating rooms in the building: women's and disabled toilets, men's toilets, cleaning room, construction of a screen wall in front of the entrance to the bathrooms, f.
