The subject of the order is the design and construction of the Międzybórz bypass: the main expressway road, approximately 8.45 km long. The beginning of the planned bypass along national road No. 25 is located on the northern side of the city of Międzybórz, while the end is located on the southern border of the village of Oska Piła, at the junction of the existing national road No. 25 with the district road No. 1490D. The above section is a fragment of the road connection between Antonin and Oleśnica and is located at in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in the Oleśnica poviat, in the Międzybórz commune. All necessary design studies must be carried out, the necessary opinions and technical conditions, as well as all arrangements must be obtained on behalf of and on behalf of the Ordering Party, permits, permits, decisions and approvals necessary for the execution of the Contract in accordance with the Employer's Requirements and Contract Conditions, perform construction works and obtain occupancy permit decisions for the entire scope on behalf of and on behalf of the Employer investment. The detailed scope of the Works to be performed as part of the Contractor's obligations is presented in the Functional and Utility Program.
