Purchase of services including migration of the current solution to the purchased server and matrix, along with documentation of the backup system and training/instruction for four administrators in the field of... 1. The subject of the order is a service including: migration of the Ordering Party's Hitachi Data Protection Suite by Commvault backup solution by Commvault Systems from the currently used server to a new server along with connecting external mass memory (storage), and delivery of licenses extending the licenses of the Hitachi Data Protection Suite by Commvault backup solution currently held by the Ordering Party, in the amount of: a) 40 licenses for copying virtual machines (40x VM), enabling copying spare 40 additional virtual machines, b) 1 capacity license allowing a copy of an additional 3 TB of source data. as part of the project entitled: "Accelerating digital transformation processes at the District Hospital in Zawiercie" as part of the Investment D1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care under the National Reconstruction Plan (KPO)". A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Specification technical/Detailed requirements form. 2. The Contractor will conduct training/instruction at the Ordering Party's headquarters for four administrators, min. 4 clock hours, described in point 3(5) of Annex 2 to the SWZ. 3.
