Modernization of polar bridge cranes 5, 6UQ00E01.
The public order includes: design, delivery, dismantling, installation and commissioning of the KSK planned for replacement (structures, systems and components) and design and integration of new program parts in the management system the polar cranes.
The scope and requirements for the execution of the public procurement are described in detail in Technical Assignment No. 23.EP-2.ТЗ.1167.
Modernization of polar bridge cranes 5, 6UQ00E01.
The public procurement includes: design, delivery, dismantling, installation and commissioning on
the KSK (structures, systems and components) planned for replacement and the design and integration of new ones
program parts in the polar crane control system.
Main features of the project:
• Replacement of all power cables, control and control cables and communication cables on the crane c
the controlled area (from sealed cable ducts to all terminal boxes, actuators,
inductive sensors, encoders, PROFIBUS line repeaters, limit and centrifugal switches, emergency
stop lights, service contacts, lighting and others);
• Replacement of all electrical appliances (limit switches of all lifting mechanisms, trolleys and bridge,
emergency stops, service contacts, sirens, lighting and others), terminal boxes and cable routes in
the controlled area;
