Tender Details

The subject of the order will be implemented in the "design and build" formula. The order includes the development of design documentation and execution, based on the developed documentation, of construction works in the scope of changing the use of a commercial building to a commercial and service building intended for cultural activities. The building is located in Kargowa at 3 Rynek Street, within the registration plot no. 585/5 and its development area is 820.44 m2. The facility is planned to be used as a bowling alley, a virtual shooting range, a games room and a restaurant. Scope of construction works: a) reconstruction/renovation, b) thermal modernization, c) change of use of part of the facility, d) equipping the building with the following installations: - central heating with boiler room, - water and sewage (hot water with circulation), - electrical (lighting, plug sockets, alarm, PV, LAN network, monitoring), - mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, e) equipment for the bowling alley, shooting range, playroom and shooting range.
