Tender Details

The aim and purpose of the project is the modernisation of lifts at Rikshospitalet, as there is a great need for modernisation. The normal lifetime of a lift is estimated to be between 20-25 years. Most of the current lifts at Rikshospitalet have existed since 1996 (NS-EN 81-1) and are characterised by continuous operation and sometimes heavy use. The lifts take a lot of wear and tear, partly due to frequent use and collisions. This project includes 32 of the lifts at Rikshospitalet, of which 5 are hydraulic and 27 are wire rope lifts. Wire rope lifts have a machine room at the top, hydraulic ones have a machine room at the bottom - these should be used. The project is now in the planning phase - preparing the technical description for the upcoming call for tenders. Currently, the project envisages that the modernisation will ensure that the current standard (NS-EN 81-20) is equivalent to a completely new lift. Based on this, the contracting authority invites tenderers to a market dialogue to obtain input in several areas, including capacity.
