Description : 1.3 Description of scope/Specification 1. Historic England is looking to purchase data collected through mobile platforms and other digital hardware to produce research for the Cultural Heritage Capital Programme (CHC). We need data for informed decision-making using locational analytics from mobile devices and other sources. The successful candidate will provide data and insights on movement patterns, visitor frequency, dwell time, and where visitors are residentially from. 2. The research aims to explore the use of data from mobile devices and other sources for alternative sampling methods in economic valuation.
