the aim of the market is to support the region ile-de-france in the design of a 3d platform in the region and in the implementation of new digital services for the ile-de-france region, within the smart projectregion initiative. The smart region initiative is a regional project launched on june 1, 2017, aimed at improving the quality of life of citizens through the cross-breeding, analysis and 3d modeling of the data produced by the different players in the ile-de-france region in order to provide a regional public service more personalized, more predictive and more participative. This project is structured in two axes: - the creation of a double numeric of the region based on regional data. - developmentof smart services on regional skills for the ile-de-france region
