The subject of procurement is the procurement of Microsoft licenses by Microsoft Enterprise Agreement Subscription (hereinafter: Meas).
The subject of procurement includes a server and client Microsoft license.
Licens are purchased for a period of 36 (thirty -six) months with annual license payment.
The subject of procurement, in addition to delivery and securing the right to use licenses, includes the following:
• All products can be fully downloaded via the Internet, through MS website using certified user account and password,
• Free Advisory Services on Licensing, Optimization and License Conformity Use Microsoft Program Products,
• Using a specific amount of MOC Microsoft (Microsoft Official Curriculum - MOC) Education of the Client for Education and training of professional IT staff,
• Free Adjustment Services and Implementation of Microsoft Products and Services in the contracting authority.
The purchase case is not divided into groups, as it is a unique technical unit.
