I. BACKGROUND
As part of the Philippine-India Cooperation Agreement under the Implementation Program on Tourism Cooperation for 2025-2028, which seeks to increase Indian tourist arrivals and strengthen bilateral tourism relations, this initiative also supports the resumption of Air India-s direct flights between New Delhi and Manila and the recent grant of visa-free entry of Indian tourists.
In line with the Department-s market development initiatives to foster new connections and improve existing network connectivity, the Philippine Department of Tourism (PDOT) Office of Market Development pursues an invitational program covering Metro Manila, Batangas, and El Nido on October 27 to November 03, 2025 composed of five (5) agents, one (1) market representative from India, and one (1) DOT OMD representative.
