Meter stand / Tower. This shall comprise of the ATM fitted in 0.6 x 0.6 x 2.5m fabricated tower / metallic box of 40 x 40 x 3mm MS. The solar panel shall be firmly welded and centered at the top of tower / stand. The ATM control unit complete with button section and screen shall be housed firmly on the side of
the tower fitted with a lockable cover. All the wirings and controls shall all be
covered with metal plate 1.5-2mm riveted to the tower frame for safety of the ATM system. The tower shall be firmly casted at least not exceeding 1m below ground level with all metallic surfaces primed and epoxy painted to required finish as per Engineer's instructions and drawings
