The tender concerns the metal construction work for the new 5-group kindergarten Dietrich Bonhoeffer Center (DBZ) in 67063 Ludwigshafen - Friesenheim, Bexbacher Straße 11. For further details, please refer to the tender documents referred The tendered metal construction work includes, among others, the following work: 1. Escape walkways/balconies - railings 2. Escape balconies - roof construction 3. Escape stairs - railings 4. Kita lettering 5. Canopy entrance, exit, bicycles The Execution takes place according to the architect's plans (railings), as a welded or plug-in construction. Any additional drawings required must be prepared by the contractor and submitted to the architect for approval. - Assembly is carried out with Base plates and angle connections on existing foundations, or attachment to the wooden walls according to static plans. - All fastenings must be carried out in the required dimensions using approved rust-proof (stainless steel) dowel systems to prove. - If materials with different electrochemical potentials are installed, suitable aging and weather-resistant separating materials must be used to avoid contact corrosion. - Corrosion protection and Surface treatment must be carried out as follows: - Hot-dip galvanizing of all steel components according to the structural plans - see appendices (outdoor area) - The steel profiles are powder-coated, in the color of the client's choice according to the manufacturer's color range...
