The subject of the proceedings is the supply of medicinal products and medical devices used to disinfect skin, mucous membranes, wounds, medical equipment, surfaces and devices for a period of 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. 2. Detailed description, requirements for the subject of the order regarding individual assortment items, estimated quantities are included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Assortment and price form, which, once completed by the Contractor, will constitute an integral part of the offer and the contract, in if a given offer is selected as the most advantageous.
