The object of the contract is the provision of the oxygen therapy service and other home respiratory therapies for INGESA beneficiary patients in the Health Area of Melilla, including the following services: a)Respiratory therapies and procedures at home: oxygen therapy chronic, mechanical ventilation, ventilatory treatment of sleep apnea, aerosol therapy, apnea monitor, support equipment, and diagnostic, therapeutic or monitoring techniques for respiratory therapies. b) Specific plan to improve the adhesion of patients to prescribed therapies. c) Improvements in home diagnostic techniques. d) Technical improvements of the equipment offered. e) Information system f) Educational program for the patient and their environment g) Training and experience of staff sanitary h) Increase in the number of Auto-CPAP: an additional 20 percent to 20 percent.
