Solicitation Description : TEA) is seeking responses from qualified vendors todesign, create, deploy and manage the Math Innovation Zones (MIZ) PerformanceManagement Tool. Given the potential impact of blended learning within Texas, TEA has designed and launched the MIZ initiative (TEC §28.020) which is afour-year process for school districts and charter schools to design, launch, scale, and sustain a high-quality blended learning program in K-8 math. The MIZPerformance Management Tool will provide state-level leaders with visibilityinto program effectiveness across all districts and all software vendors andwill equip district-level leaders with actionable insights into softwareprogram spending, usage, and impact on student achievement to optimize technologyspending.
