Market research in order to determine the price for organizing and conducting five editions of a postgraduate course in the field of advanced epidemiological methods, data analysis and designing epidemiological studies for 250 Polish scientists, research or teaching The Ordering Party conducts market research for the provision of the service of organizing and conducting five editions of a postgraduate course in the field of advanced epidemiological methods, data analysis and research design epidemiological studies for 250 Polish scientific, research or teaching staff. Contractors are asked to: - read the OPZ, - supplement Annex No. 1 to the OPZ - Detailed teaching program, - submit an estimated valuation via the platform purchasing, - optionally attaching an additional document with a detailed offer. The inquiry in question is a value estimate, will not end with the selection of an offer and does not constitute an invitation to submit offers within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Civil Code. Therefore, it does not oblige the Ordering Party to conclude a contract or award an order and does not constitute part of the public procurement procedure carried out pursuant to the Act of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law.
