Brief description of the procurement: The market survey is organized in accordance with § 10 of the Public Procurement Act in order to inform entrepreneurs about the planned public procurement and to receive feedback and suggestions regarding the subject matter and conditions of the procurement. State Information and Communication Technology The center (RIT) centrally procures, among other things, portable computers, tablet computers and desktop computers on the basis of order No. 119 of the Government of the Republic dated 14.04.2022. The framework agreement concluded as a result of the public procurement extends to institutions that are named in the relevant order and in addition to legal entities that have authorized RIT to organize public procurement. Public procurement is planned to be divided into parts according to the purpose of using the computers and based on the type of framework contract. Types of framework contracts are framework contracts with several bidders for the organization of mini-tenders and single-provider framework contracts for ordering computers from the e-catalogue. E-catalog contracts are concluded with one provider, and for the duration of the contracts, the data and prices of the products and/or services are fixed with the accuracy of the product or service model.
