Hustadvika municipality invites advisory communities, consulting companies, research and innovation communities and other relevant actors to an open one-to-one market dialogue ahead of a possible competition for external project and process management for the concept phase. ATTENTION! See appendix "Implementation of the market dialogue day" The purpose of the dialogue is to get the market's professional advice before the municipality determines the arrangement for the procurement of project management and the concept phase before any basis for competition. The municipality therefore does not want traditional supplier presentations or sales presentations, but concrete professional input and experiences. The municipality particularly wants input on how the concept phase should be laid out, which analyzes and decision-making bases should be included, what should really characterize different concepts, and what expertise and role the external project and process management should have.
