Hustadvika municipality invites advisory communities, consulting companies, research and innovation communities and other relevant actors to an open one-to-one market dialogue ahead of a possible competition for external project and process management for the concept phase. The purpose of the dialogue is to obtain the market's professional advice before the municipality determines the facility at the concept phase and designs a possible competition basis. The municipality therefore does not want traditional supplier presentations or sales presentations, but concrete professional input and experiences. The municipality particularly wants input on how the concept phase should be laid out, which analyzes and decision-making bases should be included, what should really characterize different concepts, and what expertise and role the external project and process management should have. Advice is also sought on methodology for investigation and comparison of alternative concepts, process management and decision-making structure, anchoring across disciplines, involvement of relevant stakeholders and how several possible locations in the municipality should be handled in the concept phase.
