Market dialogue: PCs, user equipment and Teams Rooms solutions
Troms county council plans to announce a competition for a framework agreement for computers and IT user equipment, as well as Teams Rooms units with associated meeting room equipment, within a short time. Ahead of the competition, Troms county municipality has carried out a market dialogue in the form of a Request for Information (RFI), where the market has given useful input into the procurement's content and design. As part of the further work, the county council now wishes to send the competition documents for consultation to the market. The purpose of the consultation is to ensure quality that requirement specification, price model, qualification requirements and award criteria facilitate good competition and at the same time take care of the county council's needs. The hearing shall also help to uncover any ambiguities, inappropriate requirements or conditions that may limit the competition unnecessarily. We invites all interested suppliers to review the attached documents and provide input. The input will be treated confidentially and will not be made visible to other suppliers. Please note that Troms County Council does not reimburse any costs you may incur in connection with answering of the hearing. The feedback will be assessed before the final basis for the competition is determined. We note that the county council is not obliged to comply with the input.
