Description : The Royal Netherlands Airforce (RNLAF) needs to train a group of helicopter pilots to regain their Instrument Rating IR(H). This training consists of a theory part and a practical part. The RNLAF is considering to come to an agreement for the theoretical part and an agreement for the practical part, or one agreement for the total requirement.
This market consultation will be held with regard to this need, in order to determine what the market has to offer; whether the market can meet certain requirements; which added value can be provided with the delivery; which commercial parties are interested in the assignment or part of the assignment; and how best to address this need.
