Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer shall submit with its Tender:(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Bidder to supply wooden and steel furniture goods shall be minimum Five (05) years.(b)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature of goods, (Wooden & Steel furniture) i.e. any Wooden & Steel furniture supply successfully completed within the last five (05) years with a value of at least Tk 150 Lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization in Bangladesh. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The above experience/ work completion certificate shall have to be submitted as follows:(i) In case of the goods supply under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.(ii) In case of goods supply any Govt./Semi-Govt organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and duly verified by the Concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.(iii) In case of the goods supply under Private Organization the certifying authority shall be woner/client/user and the same shall have to be authenticated by the Executive Engineer of PWD of the concerned area of installation.(c) The Tenderer must Submit Up-to-date Valid Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN & e-BIN Certificate.(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 170 Lac (in a standard form of PG3-8).(e) The bidder must have the certificate of required ISO.All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC, & Tender DataSheet(TDS) & Tender Documents
