A participant who has taken part in the procedure (making a proposal), before the expiration of the deadline for receipt of applications, is obliged to download in the system is as followsDocuments (loading of these documents is optional if they are available to the Member in the Personal Account, at which time the Participant must indicate this in his proposal):
