DLA Troop Support is seeking sources sought for manufacturers that can produce the material: Cloth, Wind Resistant Poplin, Nylon/Cotton Blend shall be dyed CG Blue 3362. The specifications for these materials are listed below:

SCOPE.
Scope. This purchase description covers wind resistant poplin nylon/cotton cloth, dyed to match Coast Guard Blue 3362.
Classification. The cloth shall be of one class only. It shall have a durable soil, stain, and wrinkle resistant finish. APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS
