The purpose of this contract is to replace the MAIDIS business software used by the Municipal Health Centers of Bobigny and Tremblay-en-France, following the judicial liquidation of the publishing company on May 29, 2026. It concerns the supply, installation, data migration and maintenance of a patient file management solution, covering in particular general and specialized medicine, dental care, nursing care, medical imaging, as well as the center's public health systems (PASS, CSS, IPA, etc.), with a requirement for complete data recovery existing, including invoicing. This contract consists of an allotment consultation relating to the replacement of the MAIDIS business software for all municipal health centers members of the Syndicat Mixte des Systemes d'Information (GIVE).
