Project Description : This RFP is open to all interested vendors. The scope of this contract includes preventative maintenance and repair of various mechanical, and plumbing systems and devices for facility management. This work includes but is not limited to; HVAC - Air Handling Units, Furnaces, Make Up Air Units, Heat Recovery Units, Roof Top Units, Humidifiers, Air Conditioning Units, Fan Coils, VAV and Fans, Radiant Heating, Infrared Heaters, Cabinet Unit Heaters, Filter Replacement. Plumbing - Backflow Preventers, Valves, Pumps & Motors, Storage Tank, Expansion Tanks, Cisterns, Grey Water Systems, Sump Pit Mechanical Systems, Water Softeners, Domestic Hot Water Heaters, Water Features, Steam Generators.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. it will instead be governed by the law applicable to the direct commercial negotiations.
