from 09h00 to 16:00 from 17 July 2023.
3. Qualification requirements are found in the Bidding Documents.
4. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be downloaded from the Ministry-s website
https://mfmr.gov.na/ and payment of a non-refundable fee of N$ 300.00 for interested bidders should be
made at the Ministry cashier two days prior to the closing date. The method of payment will be cash.
5. Bids must be delivered/deposited to Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources- bid box situated at the
address given below, STRICTLY on or before 17 August 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Electronic bidding will not
be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives
who choose to attend in person at Ministry Fisheries and Marine Resources or virtually (x),
on 17 August 2023 at 10:30 a.m. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration.
