University of Helsinki Real Estate Services Oy tenders the University of Helsinki Group (University of Helsinki, Helsinki University Properties Oy, University of Helsinki Funds, University of Helsinki Real Estate Services Oy, and the real estate and associated companies) for the maintenance and repair work of property security and locking systems, as well as the contracting of security systems for renovation sites (includes locking, access control, crime alarm, video surveillance and door phone systems and other security systems). Service descriptions as attachments 1 and 2 of the request for tender. The main operating area is Helsinki. Remote sites are agreed separately on a case-by-case basis. Helsinki University Group has approx. 500, 000 m2 of room space in Keskusta, Kumpula, Viikki and Meilahti areas. The properties are the responsibility of the University of Helsinki's property services Oy. The procurement is divided into two parts: 1) maintenance, repair and contracting of security systems 2) maintenance, repair and contracting of locking systems. The tenderer can offer one or both parts of the procurement. If the Tenderer is selected for both sub-areas, the contracts of the sub-areas can be combined into one contract. there are fewer bidders. The Framework Agreements concluded with the suppliers selected for the framework arrangement do not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the Customer.
