The City of Moncton requires the services of wide-track bulldozers (with a licensed and trained Operator) to spread snow and/or fill evenly throughout the City's municipal dump areas on an "as required" basis throughout the year. Loaders equipped with snow blower attachments are required to throw snow evenly throughout the snow dump areas on an "as required" basis during the winter season, from November 15th to May 14th of the following year.
