Maintenance, Installation And Cleaning Of Ventilation Equipment At The Palais Des Nations In Geneva (switzerland)

IN FRENCH:The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) ) would like to receiveir expressions of interest for a call for tenders that it intends to launch for the supply of maintenance, installation and cleaning services for aeraulic equipment such as ventilation monoblocks, hood extinguishing systems kitchen, fresh air networks, ventilationextraction ation, fan coil for the United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG), Switzerland. These maintenances and upkeep will take place throughout the year depending on the needs of the installations and UNOG. Recurring interventions will be planned at the start of the year. This call for tendersis separated into six (6) lots: - Lot 1: Filtration and maintenance of ventilation monoblocks - Lot 2: Extinguishing systems for the cafeteria grill hoods - Lot 3: Cleaning of the cafeteria return ducts - Lot 4: GINOX O-Mat hood cleaning system - Lot 5: Valves and grillsvarious entilation - Lot 6: Ventilation work The bidder must respond to all of these six (6) lots. The services expected under the subject contract are as follows: - Fixed-rate preventive maintenance including cleaning operation: control and technical interviewEU (according to the specifications of the equipment manufacturer) including small equipment, labor and travel; - Corrective maintenance outside the package including ventilation work (in the form of an estimate); - Preventive and corrective maintenance during the warranty perfect completion.UA mandatory on-site visit will take place at the Palais des Nations. The aim is to establish a three (3) year contract with two (2) additional extension options of one (1) year each, i.e. five (5) maximum years. Please note that this call for expressions of interest (AMI) does not constitute ae solicitation. Only suppliers considered qualified by UNOG to provide the required services will be invited to participate. This maintenance and servicing will take place throughout the year, according to the needs of the installations and of UNOG. Recurrent interventions will be planned at the beginning of the year.This invitation to tender is divided into six (6) lots:- Lot 1: Filtration and maintenance of ventilation monoblocks - Lot 2: Extinguishing systems for cafeteria grill hoods- Lot 3: Cleaning of cafeteria recovery ducts- Batch 4: GINOX O-Mat hood cleaning system - Batch 5: Miscellaneous ventilation valves and grilles- Batch 6: Ventilation workThe bidder must respond to all six (6) lots.The services expected under the contract in question are as follows.- Fixed-price preventive maintenance including cleaning operations: technical inspection and servicing (in accordance with equipment manufacturer's specifications), including small parts, labor and travel;- Corrective maintenance not included in the fixed-price package, including ventilation works (subject to quotation);- Preventive and corrective maintenance during the warranty period.
