Tender Details

Expression of Interest are invited for Long Term Service Agreement for Maintenance of HVAC and Lighting Systems.

Contractor shall as part of the Services provide operation and routine, predictive, preventive, overhaul maintenance and emergency repair services for the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems and the Refrigeration Systems, including window and split type air conditioners at the Onshore Facilities and the Offshore Facilities (herein referred to as "HVAC System"), primarily:
i. Gas Processing Facility at Ras Laffan Industrial City
ii. Condensate Storage Area at Ras Laffan Industrial City
iii. Offshore platforms located in the Arabian Gulf

Plant and Street and Fence Lighting Systems
The Services include without limitation the preventive maintenance and repair of all lighting
systems in the below listed locations and areas:
i. Plant Lighting and Associated Area
a) Street and Fence Lighting and Associated Cable Network
1. Ras Laffan Gas Plant
2. Condensate Storage Area (Ras Laffan Port)
b) Plant Lighting and Associated Cable Network
1. Process Area (Stream 1& 2)
2. Utility Area
3. Condensate Storage Area (Ras Laffan Port)
4. Gas Compression Area
c) Building Lighting and Equipment
1. Operation Building
2. Warehouse
3. Maintenance Workshops
4. Fire & Safety Building
5. Lab Building
6. Security Gates (2 Nos.)
7. Main Control Room
8. Portable electrical tools of Central Workshop
9. Canteen
