Tender Details

In accordance with the Roads Act (ZCES-2) (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 132/22 of 14 October 2022), the NCUP must provide collection of all available data on the traffic infrastructure in one place, control and management of traffic, informing the public about the state of state roads and traffic on them, through public information and through other public media. In addition to the NCUP Roads Act, ITS 2010/40/EU also complies with the supplementary delegated regulations. In the past, the NCUP has established an information system with appropriate hardware and software to obtain traffic data, which ensures the smooth operation of all platforms, interfaces and applications that are collected and provided within the NCUP. The aim of the order is to systematically and supplementary hardware maintenance, which is a prerequisite for the quality and smooth operation of the NCUP information system.
