Tenders are invited for Maintenance and Repair of Vehicle Examination Equipment for Transport Department Vehicle Examination Complex of Transport Department for the Government of Hksar
Description
The scope of the Works includes the comprehensive maintenance and repair services of Vehicle Examination Equipment and Related Electronic Equipment for Transport Department Vehicle Examination Complex of Transport Department for the Government of HKSAR.
The Contract is scheduled to commence in July 2022 for expiry in July 2025.
Contractors Invited to Tender
Selective tendering is adopted. Confirmed contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of "Mechanical Plant and Equipment Installation (Group II)" or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being a confirmed contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of "Mechanical Plant and Equipment Installation (Group II)" who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender.
Contractors not yet on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Mechanical Plant and Equipment Installation (Group II)” may also submit a tender if they submit a request for participation together with a duly completed application for inclusion in the above-mentioned approved list/category by 6 April 2022 to Miss LAU Hoi Shuk, Virginia, Boundary Crossing Facilities and Transport Services Division, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, 6th Floor, 3 Kai Shing Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong, meet the qualifications and conditions for participation, and the application for inclusion is duly approved on or before the tender closing date.
