Subject matter is continuously providing comprehensive (basic and advanced) Technical computer support services and supporting data networks, system support services and software support services for ICT technology (hardware and software) information system central data archive (CDA) in the period sustainability of national projects OPIS (2015: 2020) of .Predmetontracts is summarized in the foregoing points :: Continuous monitoring of functionality and support for system and application layers CDA, : constantly monitor and support the functionality of hardware components CDA, : supply and replacement of consumables and spare parts, including waste disposal, guarantee the removal of equipment failure at a specified time including transport, : full access to SW updates manufacturer, access to support services Finishers, : license management and support for third-party software components including the implementation of hot-fixes, updates and upgrades operation license, : provision of service desk with the agreed period of coverage seven days a week, 24 hours technical, : Computer support services for continuous system operation CDA, : Software support services for ICT information system CDA, : services related to operational requirements, : consulting support analysis of bussiness error to the extent necessary, including communications with external partners as well as the outcomes of the national CDA project the central data archive, which have been implemented in 2012: in 2014, under the Operational Programme for Informationcompany. CDA is a comprehensive integrated information system on a permanent archiving and long-term preservation of digital and digitized cultural objects. CDA is built on modern computer technology, which consists of powerful servers, fast disk arrays and large-capacity tape library. IS CDA is implemented as an integrated system in an environment standardnych operating system, consisting of several licensing components in the system, corporate software and applications software.
