The procedure concerns the selection of a contractor responsible for carrying out inspection and research works for 110/6kV main transformers at the Małogoszcz Cement Plant station. The service includes testing of electrical parameters (including the SFRA method) and oil testing transformer, inspection of the tap changer and drive, and computer testing of switching times with resistances, culminating in the preparation of an official test report.1.
