To meet the needs of the Tyks hospital services of the welfare region of Varsinais-Finland, a magnetic navigation device will be procured as a direct purchase exceeding the EU threshold of § 26 of the Act on Public Procurement and Right-of-Use Agreements (1397/2016, "Procurement Act") service from Stereotaxis, Inc. for the period 17.7.2026-16.7.2031. The maintenance contract for the magnetic navigation device can only be obtained from the device supplier Stereotaxis, Inc. Stereotaxis, Inc.'s service service guarantees legal compliance based on equipment requirements (Act on medical devices 719/2021) periodic maintenance that is necessary to maintain the functionality of the device. The device in question is necessary for the operation of the department. A person approved or trained by the equipment manufacturer performs the tasks according to the contract device maintenance procedures specified by the manufacturer, as well as defect repairs, including periodic maintenance and the necessary parts.
