Purpose of the work: Construction project of the new SNCFL headquarters, located 7-9 place de la Gare in Luxembourg composed of renovation of existing buildings as well as work of new constructions. The new constructions will partially overlook the CFL (track 03). The project is part of the BREEAM (Excellent) and Well (Platinum) environmental certification procedures.
